About This Coffee

This is our fourth year purchasing from this women-led producer cooperative. Each year they somehow exceed the quality of the year before, and it’s no wonder; the founders of the project, Jacquie Turner and Malcolm Clear set out to enrich the local community and have repeatedly reinvested in coffee and education in the town of Kinini. A virtuous cycle seems to be playing out each year. The coffee is loaded with stone fruit & rich aromatics, with tea-like notes and vibrant citric acidity. Sit back, relax and let Kinini do the work— each cup will reinvent itself as it cools and reward the most attentive drinkers. Rwanda doesn’t get much better than this!
