About This Coffee

The Brazil Cerrado is one of our more heavy coffees. It struts forward smells of cocoa nibs when being ground. Then when being brewed, it brings forth the same aromas of cocoa nibs with a complementing earth fragrance of cypress. These smells also linger in the air for a good minute after being brewed. The Cerrado has a very syrupy body, which helps lead the way for the other notes. It has notes of Mexican dark chocolate which means that it tastes like dark chocolate and spices such as nutmeg. It also has notes of crème brule leaving that sweet lingering chocolatey finish. This coffee can also pair well with cream and sugar with the body and notes. Our Brazil Cerrado has a syrupy body and notes of Mexican dark chocolate. It also has notes of crème Brule that leaves a sweet finish.
