About This Coffee
Our Signature Dark roast starts with a beautiful green bean cultivated at an altitude of 1600 m in the Amazonas region of Peru. We roast these beans dark, and cool them down just before they reach the French Roast stage. The coffee created with this roast is bold, full flavored with hints of cacao, papaya, pear with a very light smokiness to the palate. These organic beans are sustainably farmed as well as part of the Humaniterra Foundation.
