This is a blend of South American and East African coffees yielding a cup that is balanced, sweet, smooth, and everything you want and need to get your day started. Our current blend is a 75:25 blend of a Natural Brazil Ipe and a Natural Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. The Brazil provides the base and backbone of deep chocolate and nutty notes that cary from start to finish. The Ethiopia adds a crisp and bright acidity to make this blend a lively option no matter the moment, the day, or the time!
