Cafés Camuy
Parla, Madrid, Spain
Ethiopia is the cradle of the coffee tree and the etymological origin of the word comes from the Kaffa region. In this area the coffee is called Bun or Buni, hence the mixture of words "Kaffa Bun" has probably originated the English word Coffee Bean. Legend has it that coffee originated in Yemen, but it can be said that Ethiopia has been trading coffee since the 16th century, and it is in 1810 that the first sale of Limu is recorded. It is the 9th world producer and the 5th of arabic, being its production totally arabic (80% natural and 20% washed) and where 50% is consumed internally.
