This is a blend of the Edwin Noreña Cinnamon Coferment and the Papua New Guinea Washed coffees. These two coffees come together to present as a smooth, boozy dessert. The apple and wine in the PNG present as cherry cola and amaretto when blended, while the Edwin Noreña comes through with a touch of funk, and brings a finish of smooth horchata. We serve this as our espresso blend, but it's great for any brewing method. Funk: 2/5 Sold in 115g bags roasted every Sunday.
