About This Coffee
This is our second year having this Sumatran coffee, and this yearโs crop is bringing the sweetness. Sumatran coffees are known for their earthy and spiced notes, which this has with its notes of cinnamon, clove, and allspice, but it also has a wonderful citric acidity reminiscent of orange juice, and a sweet, sticky body like maple syrup or honey.
