About This Coffee
This Ethiopian of great distinction, from organically grown and fair trade, comes from the Sidama region, more precisely from the Yirgalem district. The Bokasso cooperative was founded in 1976. The commitment from employees and farmers is impressive. With a constant concern to improve their techniques and the quality of coffee, they have great social and entrepreneurial aspirations. We are fortunate to be able to collaborate with them through our partner COOP café. Its refined side recalls the creamy and rich taste of a jasmine truffle. A magnificent crema will be produced in espresso. It is excellent accompanied by milk and can be suitable for all types of extraction. Already charmed? Wait until you taste it!
