About This Coffee

Opps we did it again! Yet another slammin washed coffee on our menu. This coffee is a pretty traditional Peru, but with a twist of course. Our roaster is always experimenting with new ways to push the industry in different directions. The roast profile for this coffee was pushed extensively long while on a lower heat leading to an immaculate full-body, well-rounded, complex coffee. ***possibly the 4th dimension?
