This limited edition is crafted for espresso lovers who search for the perfect balance, with notes of spices, vanilla liqueur and toffee. This coffee is processed by a hybrid process, combining two techniques, the natural method and the washed method, called the "honey process". It comes straight from the Tarrazu region on the west coast of Costa Rica, grown in the shade of banana trees at an altitude of 2000 metres. Roger Ureña Hidalgo works in his family farm that has been in existence for 40 years. Today, together with his son, Roger is fully committed to promoting a coffee culture that respects the land and people. Roger's goal is to continually innovate by perfecting his practices and diversifying his plantation with different varieties while constantly improving the quality of his coffees.
