Goldcrest - AKA “Little King”, one of the smallest birds in Ethiopia and the world. We have named this coffee Goldcrest because the beans are really small, the screen size is only 12, which is smaller than average Ethiopian coffee beans screen size 15. We have found that the smaller the beans, the higher intensity of flavours, aroma and sweetness! This is our first customised lot based on cup profile, intense floral with tropical fruits flavours and high sweetness. Out of 500 coffees we have cupped in Ethiopia earlier this year, this is one of eight coffees we have picked, the best of the best from Ethiopia this year.
