This is our second consecutive year purchasing this specific Pink Bourbon lot from Wilson, and it reminds us of the incredibly bright and bold Kenyan coffees from 4+ years ago. You’ll get hit with notes of strawberry, rhubarb, citrus, and flowers, almost like a blend of a storybook Kenyan coffee and a great washed Ethiopian coffee.
