About This Coffee
Upon tasting La Aldea Pink Bourbon, one of our cuppers described it as “so bright and so fun” and we couldn’t agree more! We have featured several Colombian Pink Bourbon lots every year for the past several years, and our love for them only continues to grow stronger. Each one brings with it a unique flavor profile, filled with stunning sweetness and acidity. This is our second consecutive year purchasing this specific Pink Bourbon lot from Wilson, and it reminds us of the incredibly bright and bold Kenyan coffees from 4+ years ago. You’ll get hit with notes of strawberry, rhubarb, citrus, and flowers, almost like a blend of a storybook Kenyan coffee and a great washed Ethiopian coffee.
