About This Coffee
As happens every year, a new producer joins the ranks of Gas Up! Honestly, we had never had a coffee from Veracruz so clean and so rich in espresso (yes, a geisha in espresso) as expressive as this one. We find a sweet and fragrant cup, in the mouth flavors remind us of mango, lightly roasted caramel, yellow fruits and a malic acid reminiscent of yellow apple. It has a delicate and floral aftertaste.
