About This Coffee

While natural processing is usually the norm in Brazil, this coffee is grown at a higher elevation than most Brazils, bringing out the syrupy berry sweetness we expect from naturally processed coffees from Central America or Africa. We're tasting pomegranate molasses, bright lemon, and sweet cocoa.
