About This Coffee

Our second year working with the Danche washing station featuring a coffee from Chelbesa. This time we feature a sweet natural that produces a sweet, floral and lively cup. This is a limited extra-light roast variant that is roasted even lighter than our already lighter than average light roast. We recommend extra-light roasts for experienced brewers only who are searching for increased clarity - as the EL profile does sacrifice initial intensity and sweetness for clarity. This profile requires a minimum 4-5 weeks rest.
