My favorite Ethiopian that’s always roasted to perfection and is an OG offering that I’m stoked we still get to have! I chose this coffee based on its fruity tasting notes and its label as the lightest roast level. I tried my aeropress and V60 recipes that get great results with other specialty light roasts. After getting it dialed in, I found that this coffee was still more developed than I personally prefer.
