About This Coffee

Another staple coffee in our lineup, we always love seeing Suke Quto on the menu. Bursting with tropical fruit flavor and immense sweetness, always such a treat to have this wonderful coffee in our cup! **Tasting Notes:** - Passion Fruit - Peach - Floral I look forward to enjoying this fruity and rounded Suke year after year. My favorite Ethiopian that’s always roasted to perfection and is an OG offering that I’m stoked we still get to have! I chose this coffee based on its fruity tasting notes and its label as the lightest roast level. I tried my aeropress and V60 recipes that get great results with other specialty light roasts. After getting it dialed in, I found that this coffee was still more developed than I personally prefer.
