Ethiopian coffee ceremonies are social occasions for the community to gather and give thanks. The feeling of alertness when drinking coffee is associated with a heightened sense of spirituality and blessing. Our interpretation of a classic Yirgacheffe contains caramel, brown sugar notes of a medium roast along with the tea-like body and floral qualities of a light roast.
