About This Coffee

While traveling through Mexico, Mike had a mind-blowing cup of coffee. He knew right away that those beans were something special. He tracked them down to the vibrant state of Chiapas, one of the most celebrated coffee regions in the world. Using organic Arabica beans from a local farm, we created our personal twist on that original brew that Mike fell in love with. A medium roast with deep, rounded flavor. Sweet malted tones, with a smooth cocoa finish. NOTE: Last Ride In was previously known as Guapa Chiapas. We promise this is the same high quality beans, same delicious medium roast. Just a new name!
