We are excited to finally be exploring something we have always wanted to explore: separating lots not just by quality, but also by harvest pass. This coffee is from the last harvest pass at El Casino. In this exceptional Pink Bourbon we find ripe red fruit, yellow tropical acidity, and a lovely complex finish. We have been working with José Martinez for several years now. He is an extremely dedicated producer who cares deeply about quality. His Pink Bourbon lot is consistently one of our favorite coffees each year.
