This is one of the all-time favorites for the crew at Blue Sail Coffee. Despite being a more traditional flavor profile, this coffee is SUPER flavor with notes of dark chocolate, cashew, and cream. If you brew this coffee just right, you can taste blackberry flavor notes. After our first experience with this coffee in 2019, we knew that we were going to invest further into this blend. In 2021, we had the pleasure of meeting the farmer and community that brought this coffee to life.
