About This Coffee

For those who like adventure and clean ferment this is a big, jammy, fruit forward, naturally sweet coffee. Delagua is a new project from our long time producing friends Sebastian & Felipe Sardi (La Palma y El Tucan). This new farm is in the Northern Sierra Nevada mountain ranges of Colombia. This one is for filter only. It’s incredibly wild and will definitely provide an ever changing complexity as you make your way through the bag.
