Unique coffee from the island of Flores in Indonesia, where Podkawa , hand in hand with JaraMite , processes coffee berries into green beans. Coffee comes from crops cultivated and owned exclusively by women farmers from the village of Beiposo. Farmers cooperate with each other because their plantations often do not reach even 1 ha. Together, we introduce new coffee processing techniques and provide the opportunity to work with modern equipment. Last year, we invested in a new pulper (which is stationary at the plantations) and a huller (huller), as a result of which the quality of beans and production efficiency (fewer broken beans) increased significantly. Also last year, we completed the construction of a modern warehouse, solar beds and a greenhouse for drying coffee. We supervise the entire process of creating the coffee we offer. From the control of harvesting coffee berries, through processing, as well as transport, export and import to Poland, the same people supervise the coffee .
