About This Coffee

Geraldo & Mateus Goulart, father and son, produce the Cambui community lot in Cambui, Brazil. They have slowly been implementing agro-forestry and organic coffee farming practices, taught by daughter/sister Roberta Goulart, throughout their farm. Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF) has recently brought the Goulart's into their agronomy program as well, to further help develop the coffee production. Distinctive red soil in Cambui allows the coffee trees to thrive, and give this offering distinctive notes of bakers chocolate, hazelnut, & sugar cane.
