This seasonal blend of smallholder coffees is named for an animal that loves sweetness almost as much as we do. It comes from small farms in three countries known for their exceptional coffee: Colombia, Ethiopia, and Rwanda. Colombia, the country that produces more specialty coffee than any other country, anchors this lot, with Ethiopia and Rwanda brining balance and dimension for a profile that is perfectly suited to espresso.
