Our powerful direct import from Honduras. This coffee from the Comsa cooperative is characterized by its honey sweetness . In this case, honey processing means that the coffee is dried with part of the pulp. With aromas of orange and raspberry as well as milk chocolate , this coffee is perfect for the darker season . This coffee was produced and processed by Arnoldo Morales. Arnoldo and his family are members of Comsa, which stands for Cafe Organico Marcala SA, which is one of the most experienced cooperatives in Honduras and has switched completely to controlled organic cultivation since 2003. The cooperative now has more than 800 active members. Normally it is difficult to get individual lots in a cooperative that can be assigned to the individual farmers, but a change is slowly taking place and the cooperatives are also marketing the individual lots of their farmers instead of producing blends of different qualities from everything. This coffee convinced us because of its special sweetness . Full-bodied at the beginning and more and more interesting and slightly fruity with a cooling cup, without being sour. Perfect for all filter methods or the stamp jug . Attention: We have also enjoyed it from the fully automatic machine, here the coffee is even fruitier than in the filter. So if you are looking for something extra for the fully automatic machine.
