About This Coffee
The cherries were anaerobically fermented for 5 days in a warm environment and then dried on African beds for 16 days. This coffee comes from Hacienda Copey in the Tarrazu district of Costa Rica. It features green grape and delicate flavor profiles. Hacienda Copey is a coffee farm established in 2011 in the Tarrazu district of Costa Rica. They have won the Cup of Excellence twice and are known for producing complex coffees.
