About This Coffee

Ecuador is back baby!! I am super excited to offer another coffee from Rancho Tio Emilio in Ecuador. This year we brought in a lovely, delicate coffee with a tropical twist. This coffee is Clean and Crisp. It is bright and juicy with a lighter body. Anaerobic Washed process is quickly becoming a favourite at STC. I just love the sparkling sweetness that it brings to the cup. In this cup you will also find chamomile and honey notes. The real surprise is a killer passion fruit note that just creeps in and really rounds out the tasting experience.
