We are excited for you to experience another brilliant micro-lot from our friend Rodrigo Sanchez in Hulia, Colombia. The exotic Purple Caturra is harvested and produced at Finca Monteblanco farm. Sanchez applies his signature and experimental Maypop process that utilises special yeasts and passionfruit pulp to carefully achieve a beautiful balance of Colombian coffee flavours, highlighted with delicate fruit notes. Expect a delightful combination of passionfruit, lemon and jasmine flavours with a rich body and extraordinary clarity in the cup. Careful roasting to order allows you to enjoy this hand-crafted coffee at its finest.
