Sanchez applies his signature and experimental Maypop process that utilises special yeasts and passionfruit pulp to carefully achieve a beautiful balance of Colombian coffee flavours, highlighted with delicate fruit notes. Expect a delightful combination of passionfruit, lemon and jasmine flavours with a rich body and extraordinary clarity in the cup.
