About This Coffee
All Time is a rich and satisfying blend crafted especially for espresso extraction. Perfectly balanced to be bold but refined, this blend has been developed with both taste and strength in mind, to deliver the all-time best coffee, every day. Juliano Mendonça Araujo and his brothers have been cultivating coffee at Rancho Fundo since the 1980s. This lot contributes the rich dark chocolate notes and strong lingering aftertaste to the blend. This coffee was sourced from Finca Churupampa farm in Cajamarca, Peru, where sustainable practices are front of mind. It contributes the silky body and milk chocolate note characteristic of our signature blend. This lot was sourced from the fertile Eastern Highlands Province. When roasting, we've extended the maillard phase to increase its mouthfeel, contributing a sweet backbone to the blend.
