About This Coffee

We've brought back this washed typica coffee from Karla's Finca Bruhwer. As expected, the washed coffee is a much more delicate cup than the natural (also available). We are getting similar notes to last years crop - a smooth, almost creamy mouthfeel with pleasant notes of raisin and nutella. As is it cools a lingering warm citric acidity rounds out the cup. Trying the two coffees next to each other really illustrates the effect processing has on cup flavor.
