It's Colombia, and it tastes like Ethiopia. Decaf, and you don't feel it at all. That's a source of pride. So we will be proud, because we have brought back the coffee that you can drink and then sleep. One that will finally be drunk by those who do not go with caffeine – what we understand, even despite the sick doses of caffeine taken by us every day. In general, the FLORITIVE decaf, there was not that, they had not played one yet. And we're playing this decaffeinated game hard not since the season. He will stay with us for longer and be aware – the previous one was really great, and this one is even better! Caffeines have been deprived of grain in the Sugarcane process, which is considered one of the most delicate ways of decaffeinization, at the same time fast, ecological and perfectly preserving the taste of coffee. First, the grain is moistened to increase its volume and susceptibility to the dissolving substance. The grain is then washed with ethyl acetate – a natural solvent found in fruits and vegetables. It is also obtained from sugarcane, hence the name of the method. Ethyl acetate is combined with chlorogenic acids in caffeine and flush it out of the grain. Then the grains are dried to obtain the original humidity. This method is considered one of the softer, more ecological and best preserving the taste of coffee.
