Moka Clube
Curitiba, State of Paraná, Brazil
How good to remember the time when coffee screamed from the Brazilian corners: “hey, I'm here”. Blessed is the keen hearing of the hunters of the Moka Club. To provide the rescue and transformation of the true coffee of Brazil into a black flag, calloused and scalded in sweat of work is something as incredible as the power that this fruit has to gather people at the table, next to the counter; stimulating new ideas, undoing conflicts. And to celebrate this Beautiful Season we reap another paradigm. In this edition we brought a batch of sprouted coffee from organic production. Known “ only ” for sustainability and not for the final quality in the cup, these coffees produced without the use of pesticides can oppose this myth. And this lot is proof of that. It is flavor, complexity and creamy body. It resembles hazelnut, vanilla and the buttered taste of bullets “ butter toffees ”. Filled mouth and prolonged sweetness on the palate. Differentiated and memorable. Never forget the Beautiful Season of Ibiraci, Minas Gerais.
