About This Coffee

Located in the Municipio El Congo in the region of Santa Ana is the Finca Serbia which was established as a coffee plantation in the 1930’s and has been run as a family business ever since. The coffee grown on this farm is almost completely shaded by Cedar and Oak trees. Volcanic rich soil and high altitude produce a rich deep flavoured coffee. Deep rich cocoa notes with a hint of almonds, fruity acidity with apricots. Suitable for most brewing methods but really stands out as a sure fire winner as a V60 or Aeropress.
