About This Coffee
The coffee formerly known as La Palma! New name, same incredible coffee. This lot is picked, rested overnight then depulped. 3 days of picking are then mixed in a fermentation tank before being pre-dried on raised beds and then finished at 100ºF in a silo dryer. The mixed-day fermentation creates complex lactic & malic organic acids, giving the coffee more complexity, depth and sweetness.
