Laboyano is a colloquial term for someone from the Valle de Laboyos; this fully traceable coffee is made up of small producers from this region. In order to insure quality, each lot undergoes a rigorous procedure of multiple cuppings. If there are improvements to be made to the coffees, the feedback is given directly to the individual producers, allowing them to improve their profit margins and combat the lowering global coffee price. The final product is a coffee made up of beautiful varietals produced by farmers consistently improving their craft. The fruitiness shines through a clean profile with cherry and citrus, transforming into floral nuance and a buttery finish.
