About This Coffee

Originally from the Yirgacheffe region, the "upgraded" version of our Hakuna Matata reveals floral and fruity notes, a sweet blend of blueberry and white peach. Heirloom, this variety found exclusively on the Ethiopian highlands, grows between 1,900 and 2,100 meters.The combination of high altitude, fertile soil, consistent and plentiful rains are all contributing factors to the high status of Yirgacheffe coffees.
