This coffee has complex process driven fruit characteristics in the cup, along with great clarity. This coffee was produced by Mekuria Merga. At that time due to high prices, long rains, and lower overall yields, he had decided to focus on higher quality coffees and to prepare his coffees as grade 1 coffees. Mekuria processed a limited number of containers of both washed and naturals from his stations. Super aromatic cup of coffee with intense fermented profile. Big mouthfeel. Complex berries throughout. Structuring winey blueberry like acidity, strawberry milk shake, rosè and bubble gum candy like finish. Juicy and sirupy with a smooth finish.
