About This Coffee

Each season, our in-house roasting team creates a seasonal blend to reflect the flavors of the moment, combining some of our favorite single origins to create an exceptional blend experience. Inspired by the sun-ripened fruits of summer, the Summer Solstice seasonal blend was created using coffees from different farms in Ethiopia. Reko, menu favorite at Madcap, keeps the cup round yet light and sparkling. Naturally processed Raro Nansebo, also known as Party, provides the intense berry and melon flavor notes we look forward to in picnic pitchers and balmy beach trips. Excellent over ice or as espresso, it’s hard to miss the sun beams in this summer blend.
