Naturally smooth and low in acidity. The country of Papua New Guinea remains largely untouched by commercial farming methods. The high altitude, cooler climate and gentle treatment result in high quality arabica beans with naturally low levels of acidity and caffeine. Delicately complex with a winesque smoothness that sets it apart from other coffees of the region.
