This washed coffee of Castillo, Colombia and Caturra is incredibly sweet and complex, with interesting flavors that we don't often see in coffees from Colombia. Grown between 1,700 and 1,900 meters above sea level by Grupo La Muralla in San Agustín, Colombia.
