About This Coffee

This Fully Washed coffee was sourced from the Metapan region of El Salvador. It was grown between 1,550 and 1,800 meters above sea level by 67 smallholder farmers. Crisp notes of green apple are paired with sweet and buttery notes of shortbread. A lingering taste of fresh cocoa lasts from the first sip to the last one.
