We’ve worked super hard profiling and sampling as much coffee as we could get our hands on to build this absolutely beautiful blend for an absurdly low price, and that price is translating straight to you! Farmers work extremely hard to get their beans into speciality grade. Some get lucky, others don’t. Although the elements of this blend will change over time, our goals won’t: to find the past crop or slightly under-scored coffees that didn’t get their shot, and let them shine!
