Our Duchess blend contains three perfectly paired origins to work in harmony together and create a rich, chocolaty depth with a nutty character, some red fruit sweetness, and a low acidity. The Brazil component is from producer Marcos Antonio de Freitas of Fazenda SĂŁo Jose in Sul de Minas. The Guatemalan origin is a washed lot sourced from producers in the Huehuetenango region. The Ethiopian is a washed process sourced from producer Khalid Kemal. All the components are constant throughout the year, ensuring consistency and longstanding commitment.
