About This Coffee

Peaberries are a unique type of coffee bean typically found in only 5 – 10% of a harvest. It is special because a single round seed is produced within the coffee cherry instead of two seeds. Being small and round, peaberries roast evenly and have an intense flavour. This high-quality lot has been given a medium-light roast development to showcase the rich, sweet flavours of berry, citrus and maple syrup, preserving the delightful acidity and resulting in a crisp and balanced cup.
