The son of Casimiro Garcia, Omar is relatively new to farming on his own. Throughout his life, he would assist on his father's farm in Oaxaca, where he learned the cultivation and growing techniques. Omar also took local courses in agronomy, and helped his family's farm with marketing.  Now, Omar is presenting his own coffees, and we're so pleased to have them on the menu. This Pluma varietal is just what the doctor ordered, and is expressing sweet brown sugar, bright apricot, and vanilla cream in the cup. It's extremely well balanced and unique, and you won't want to stop drinking it.
