About This Coffee

Angel Ortega is an important member of the Monkaaba project, a collective of farmers in Colombia, whose mission is to support and help producers of the region to reach for a fair market, while assisting them in developing skills and knowledge in growing a qualitative coffee. For those who have been with us for several years, you may remember this project through Daniel Munoz' or Augusto Ortega's coffees. Angel's pink bourbon is no exception to the rule, it's a high quality washed coffee, with a syrupy texture and persistent notes of cranberry and red grapes, bringing a vibrant acidity to the finish.
