About This Coffee

We are SO happy to welcome Rwanda back to our lineup. This coffee comes from a very exciting project where our exporters are separating lots by community. Gitabi Hill is a new addition to this project and is amongst only a handful of separations from Muzo, the tiniest of Baho’s washing stations. These producers have some of the smallest farms as well, dipping as low as 0.06 hectares. Gitabi Hill produces a cup that is very fruited, reminding us of flavors that we typically find in red-fruited Kenyans. We are tasting Bing Cherry, Lime, and cranberry along with a really nice mouthfeel and long finish.
