As a 5th generation coffee farmer and owner of her own coffee farm in Honduras, she loves the way our Natural Process (aka Dry Process) coffee came out. This coffee is grown at 1400 meters and dried for over 50 days in cherry form, and Leticia was involved in every step of the process from seed to cup.
