Have you met our owner, Leticia? Not only is she behind the website, social media, and emails, she also grew this coffee! As a 5th generation coffee farmer and owner of her own coffee farm in Honduras, she loves the way our Natural Process (aka Dry Process) coffee came out. This coffee is grown at 1400 meters and dried for over 50 days in cherry form, and Leticia was involved in every step of the process from seed to cup. With beautiful notes of sweet raspberry, cherry, and honeycrisp apple, she can not wait for you to try this. To enjoy this coffee like Leticia, we recommend brewing it on a Chemex or V60!
